    The Projects of Excellence program aims to provide sponsorship for projects that will create evidence-based tools or education material for hemophilia A, provide insights on the management of hemophilia A, and improve the quality of life for Canadians living with hemophilia A.

     

    Patient Support Program
    KoKonnect logo

    Hemophilia A patients who have been prescribed Jivi or Kovaltry for an authorized indication are eligible to enroll in the KoKonnect™ Patient Support Program and the KoKonnect™ Home Infusion Supplies Patient Support Program.

     

    -   The KoKonnect™ Patient Support Program provides nursing support and training services to assist patients with their Jivi® or Kovaltry® infusions.

     

    -   The KoKonnect™ Home Infusion Supplies Patient Support Program provides infusion supplies (alcohol swabs, dry pads, bandages) that are required for patients’ Jivi or Kovaltry infusions.

     

    If you require more information on the KoKonnect™ Patient Support Program, please contact your Bayer Representative.

        Because this website is only intended for Canadian patients who are prescribed Bayer products, you must enter the DIN number to enter the site. Your doctor, nurse or hemophilia treatment centre (HTC) can provide you with this code.
