Les adultes et les adolescents (âgés d’au moins 12 ans) atteints d’hémophilie A à qui l’on a prescrit Jivi® pour une indication autorisée par Santé Canada peuvent s’inscrire au programme de soutien aux patients et au Programme de fournitures pour perfusion à domicile KoKonnectMC.
- Le programme de soutien aux patients KoKonnectMC fournit du soutien par des membres du personnel infirmier et des services de formation pour vous aider avec vos perfusions de Jivi®.
- Le Programme de fournitures pour perfusion à domicile KoKonnectMC fournit les fournitures pour perfusion (tampons alcoolisés, cotons et pansements) nécessaires pour vos perfusions de Jivi®.

The Projects of Excellence program aims to provide sponsorship for projects that will create evidence-based tools or education material for hemophilia A, provide insights on the management of hemophilia A, and improve the quality of life for Canadians living with hemophilia A.
Patient Support Program
Hemophilia A patients who have been prescribed Jivi or Kovaltry for an authorized indication are eligible to enroll in the KoKonnect™ Patient Support Program and the KoKonnect™ Home Infusion Supplies Patient Support Program.
- The KoKonnect™ Patient Support Program provides nursing support and training services to assist patients with their Jivi® or Kovaltry® infusions.
- The KoKonnect™ Home Infusion Supplies Patient Support Program provides infusion supplies (alcohol swabs, dry pads, bandages) that are required for patients’ Jivi or Kovaltry infusions.
